OUR VISION

At SR Law we take a unique approach to identify recoverable medical expenditures through our proprietary data analytics software. Our staff has over 60 years combined experience in data analysis, software programming, and legal expertise. We are client-focused and always strive to make our clients whole from medical expenses or other damages they have suffered.

SR Law's founder, Martin Bienstock, is a SuperLawyers top rated attorney in Washington, D.C. As Assistant Attorney General of New York, he handled and supervised some of the most complex cases in New York State history. For his work as Assistant Attorney General, he received the Louis J. Lefkowitz award for outstanding service.

Thereafter, as a senior legal advisor to the Governor of New York, and Special Counsel to the New York Department of Health, he further developed his expertise in health care and insurance coverage issues. He drafted and negotiated dozens of state laws, and implemented statewide regulatory enforcement efforts impacting more than 100 health care institutions statewide.

Mr. Bienstock writes and lectures frequently on health care, insurance coverage, and the Affordable Care Act. His vision in founding SR Law was to bring his knowledge and expertise to our clients and help them identify and recover what is rightfully theirs.
